🚀 Junior Python Developer (3-month contract + extension possible)
We are looking for a Junior Python Developer to join our team immediately on a 3-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.
📍 Flexible: full-time or part-time (working remotely)
We are open to candidates with around 6 months+ of Python experience (ideally 1.5+ years). However, if you are fully independent and comfortable working on your own, you will have greater flexibility in both task ownership and working hours.
🧠 What you should have:
- Basic experience with Python (3.12–3.14 preferred)
- Familiarity with Pydantic (even a few lines of code is enough)
- Ability to read logs and work with AWS (CloudWatch or similar)
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience using at least one Python linter / formatter / static analyzer
- Comfort with Git
- Understanding of financial data concepts (e.g. what a forecast means in practice)

- Implement financial calculations in production Python code (e.g. forecasting for time series data)
- Write tests to validate correctness of implemented calculations
- Debug and improve existing calculation logic by analyzing AWS logs and reproducing issues
